Edgardo Alania: Edoxaban in Intracranial Haemorrhage Survivors with AF
Edgardo Alania, Cardiologist at Hospital Marina Salud (Denia), shared a post on X:
“ENRICH-AF (n is equal to 948): Edoxaban after intracranial haemorrhage did not reduce stroke or systemic embolism (11.8% vs 12.8%; HR 0.88) but increased major bleeding (11.6% vs 5.2%; HR 2.23).
Routine edoxaban is not supported in this unselected population.”
