Joshua Muia: Presenting Our Research on ADAMTS13/VWF Dysregulation in Sepsis at ISTH 2026
Joshua Muia, Associate Investigator at Versiti Blood Research Institute, shared on LinkedIn:
”Attending the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH) Congress is always one of the highlights of my year ISTH 2026, and I was especially excited to be in Paris, France this year.
I had the privilege of presenting our latest work on ADAMTS13/VWF dysregulation in sepsis on behalf of my graduate student, Olamilekan George.
Throughout my career, ISTH has played a transformative role by fostering an exceptional global network of colleagues, hosting a vibrant and scientifically outstanding congress, championing diversity and inclusivity, and providing awards and opportunities that enable early-career investigators to participate and grow.
The Society has created an environment where scientists at every stage can connect, collaborate, and thrive, and I am grateful to be part of this remarkable community.”
