Zia Choudhry Launchs a New Digital Education Platform Designed to Inform and Empower People Living With wAIHA
Zia Choudhry, Senior Medical Director Rare Autoantibody Diseases – Immunology at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“At Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, we’re committed to ensuring every patient’s voice is heard and their needs are prioritized. That’s why I’m excited to share the launch of MywAIHAHome.com — a new digital education platform designed to inform and empower people living with warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia (wAIHA) and their care partners.
Because we believe meaningful engagement with the patient community is key to advancing healthcare, in collaboration with patient advocates and healthcare professionals we conducted qualitative research to better understand the needs and preferences of individuals living with wAIHA. Our goal? To develop educational resources that are truly impactful, accessible, and tailored to the patient journey.
At this week’s National Organization for Rare Disorders Breakthrough Summit, I’m proud to be presenting the findings of our research, which highlighted the importance of reliable, easy-to-understand information, support networks, and patient testimonials. Let’s connect if you’re at this week’s meeting in Washington, D.C., or please be sure to visit MywAIHAHome.com today to see what we can achieve when we put patients first.”
