Ahmad Masri, Cardiomyopathy Section Head at Oregon Health & Science University, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article by Peter C. Kahr et al., published in Nature Medicine, adding:
“Longer term data from the cliramitug depleter program in ATTR-CM.
- The furthest along in development from this new class of drugs in ATTR.
- Cliramitug – phase III ongoing.
- Coramitug – enrolling now in phase III.
- AT02 – phase I-II.
2 new depleters in the preclinical settings – one from BridgeBio and one from Immutrin.”
