AI More Empathetic Than Doctors?
Eric Topol, Founder and Director of Scripps Research Translational Institute, shared on X:
”In a recent meta-analysis of 13 studies comparing A.I. vs clinicians for patient care empathy, using GPT 3.5/4.0, all but 1 showed A.I. was more empathetic (open-access)
Now there are models that are more empathetic, via Semafor.”
