Endothelial VTE, Immunotherapy Resistance and Survival Across Cancers – JTH
Journal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis (JTH) shared on LinkedIn about a recent article by Hongya Guan et al, adding:
”Single-cell analysis identifies endothelial venous thromboembolism signatures as predictors of immunotherapy resistance and survival across cancers
Single-cell analysis points to endothelial cells as central drivers of thrombosis-related gene activity inside the tumor microenvironment.
The authors describe a signature, Endo.VTM, that links venous thromboembolism biology to immune evasion and tumor progression and predicts both immunotherapy resistance and survival across several cancer types, offering a framework for prognostic stratification.”
