”Anticoagulation Management and Outcomes in Patients with Cancer-Associated Small Venous Thromboembolism: A Retrospective Cohort Study
In this single-center retrospective study of 268 cancer patients with distal DVT and/or subsegmental PE, recurrent VTE rates at 6 months were substantial – particularly among those not initiated on anticoagulation – highlighting the importance of active thromboprophylactic management in this population.”
