Rémi Bonjean: The 1st VHHs Against Active Rap1 to Monitor Platelet Activation
Rémi Bonjean, R and D Project Manager at Nanomunity, shared on LinkedIn about a recent article he and his colleagues co-authored, adding:
”I share with you the work we have done in collaboration with the Pr Marie-Christine Alessi from Cardiovascular and Nutrition Research Center – (C2VN) and Dr Patrick Chames in the article ‘Selection and optimization strategy for Rap1-targeting single-domain antibodies as platelet activation markers’ a method article published in the journal Research and Practice in Thrombosis and Haemostasis.
In this article, we successfully developed, produced the first generation of VHHs against active Rap1 as promising tools to quantify active Rap1 levels in platelets and facilitate clinical studies to monitor platelet Rap1 activation in various medical contexts.
I would like to thank all authors who contributed to this collaboration especially Pr Marie-Christine Alessi, Dr Patrick Chames, Dr Maxime Moulard and Marielle Margier.”
