Tara Lech: Treatment of VTE Does NOT End at Discharge!
Tara Lech, Systems Director of Anticoagulation Services at Beth Israel Lahey Health, shared a post on X:
“Treatment of VTE does NOT end at discharge! We need a clinical framework in place to follow patients and allow for early detection of post-VTE symptoms and patient-reported concerns that impact Quality of Life.
