Lihi Schwartz Presented Efficacy and Safety of Anticoagulation for Subsegmental Pulmonary Embolism
Lihi Schwartz, Family Medicine Resident at Clalit Health Services, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Today, I had the privilege of presenting our systematic review and meta-analysis; “Efficacy and Safety of Anticoagulation for Subsegmental Pulmonary Embolism (SSPE)”, at the Annual Conference of the Family Medicine Department, Clalit Health Services.
We explored the routine use of anticoagulation in SSPE — a setting where the true benefit remains uncertain — and reflected on the importance of avoiding overtreatment.
Grateful for the opportunity to share insights and promote thoughtful, evidence-based care.”
