”Excited to share our recent review paper, “Type 3 von Willebrand disease in Ethiopia: a comprehensive literature review and report of the first three cases”, has been published in the renowned BMC Thrombosis Journal.
Type 3 von Willebrand disease is the rarest and most severe form of VWD, associated with significant morbidity and mortality.
It has been an honor to work alongside Gashaw Arega in documenting and publishing the first few reported cases in Ethiopia, contributing to the limited global literature on this condition.”
