Pradeep Natarajan: Can Polygenic Risk Scores Refine Risk Stratification in Secondary Prevention of CAD
Pradeep Natarajan, Director, Preventive Cardiology at Massachusetts General Hospital, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article he and his colleagues co-authored, published in American Journal of Preventive Cardiology:
“Guidelines recommend risk stratification for secondary prevention to support more aggressive LDL-C-lowering.
Our study by Jennifer Halford and with Akl Fahed shows how coronary artery disease polygenic risk scoring can further improve risk stratification in secondary prevention.”
