The elected Board Members will begin their terms of office on 23 June 2026 at the ISBT Congress in Kuala Lumpur.

- Vice President – Nelson Hirokazu Tsuno (Japan)
- Regional Director Eastern Mediterranean – Arwa Z. Al-Riyami (Oman)
