”Our study, published in the Journal of Vascular Surgery: Venous and Lymphatic Disorders, shows that venous recanalization of chronic DVTs cures post-thrombotic syndrome in 2/3 of patients at 6 months.
Two predictors of persistence: high Villalta score and femoral obstruction.”
