Sandrine Meunier: ISTH 2026 Highlights Consensus on Pediatric Hemostatic Assessment
Sandrine Meunier, Attending Pediatrician in the Reference Center for Rare Diseases – Hemophilia and Other Inherited Bleeding Disorders at Lyon University Hospital, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Presented at ISTH 2026!
Delighted to share our work on defining the minimum hemostatic work-up in three clinical scenarios of suspected child abuse, based on a national Delphi consensus.
A big thank you to the 35 experts who made this project possible.
Three Delphi rounds, 43 propositions, countless thoughtful discussions… and yes, consensus is definitely a team sport!
Grateful to all my co-authors and collaborators, as well as Société Française de Thrombose et d’Hémostase (SFTH), Société Française de Pédiatrie Médico-Légale (SFPML), French Reference Center for Hemophilia Lyon (CRH) for their support.
Looking forward to seeing these recommendations help harmonize practice and improve care.”
