”What a wonderful evening celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Adult Thrombosis Fellowship Program at the University of Ottawa at the 2026 International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH) meeting.
It was truly special to reconnect with so many former fellows who have passed through Ottawa over the past 25 years.
Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this milestone and to all of the fellows, past and present, who have made this program what it is today.”
