Tanzeel Alamin Almahdi Gorashi: NLR as an Accessible Biomarker for Monitoring Pediatric Sickle Cell Anemia

Tanzeel Alamin Almahdi Gorashi, Former Medical Laboratory Technologist at Alshareef Lab, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article she and her colleagues co-authored, published in Global Journal of Medical and Clinical Case Reports, adding:

”Proud to share our recently published study on the Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) in pediatric sickle cell anemia in Gezira State, Sudan.

The findings highlight NLR as an accessible, low-cost biomarker of inflammation and its potential role in monitoring disease activity and response to hydroxyurea therapy.”
