Shinya Goto: When Cardiovascular Risk Gets Lower, RCTs Get Harder

Shinya Goto, Director and Chairman in Metabolic Disease Research Center, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article he and his colleagues co-authored, published in The New England Journal of Medicine, adding:

”FXI inhibitor Milvexian failed to show CV risk reduction in ACS patients. RCT is a difficult scientific method when CV risk become generally low in this era.”
