Christina Yiangou: Presenting the HemaFAIR Project at ASCAT 2026 in London
Christina Yiangou, Laboratory Scientific Officer at The Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics, shared a post on LinkedIn:
”Last week, I had the opportunity to present our work on the HemaFAIR project at the Academy For Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia 2026 conference in London.
The poster highlighted our efforts to implement the FAIR principles in rare haematological disease patient registries, such as the Inherent and the Cyprus Haemoglobinopathy Patient Registry.
It was a valuable opportunity to share our work and connect with researchers and healthcare professionals working in the haemoglobinopathy field.
A special thank you to the Helios Action for the Young Researchers and Innovators (YRI) Conference Grant, which made this opportunity possible.”
