Bartosz Hudzik: Balancing Ischemic and Bleeding Risk After ACS and PCI
Bartosz Hudzik, Associate Profesor at Medical University of Silesia, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Happy to share that I’ll be speaking at the Prevention and Intervention conference in the session ‘Antithrombotic therapy after ACS/PCI: balancing ischemic and bleeding risk according to ESC guidance’ .
My talk, ‘High-risk patient – who requires treatment intensification most?’, will look at a question we face every day after PCI: which patients genuinely benefit from more intense antithrombotic therapy, and how to identify them without tipping the balance towards bleeding.
I’m in great company:
- Mamas Mamas: Risk factor management post PCI
- Ulvi Mirzoyev: Optimization of antiplatelet and antithrombotic therapy
Chaired by Nicola Ryan and Antonia Sambola, with panellists Biljana Parapid, Viktor Kočka and Ulvi Mirzoyev.
There’s a full 19 minutes for discussion, so bring your toughest cases and questions!”
