Carmine Liberatore: Limited Accuracy of VTE Risk Scores in Multiple Myeloma
Carmine Liberatore, Researcher at the University of “Gabriele d’Annunzio,” shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article he and his colleagues co-authored, published in Therapeutic Advances in Hematology, adding:
”Finally, finally, finally out!
Currently available VTE risk scores demonstrated moderate to poor prognostic accuracy in predicting VTE events in multiple myeloma patients treated with Dara-Rd and concomitant LMWH-ASA thromboprophylaxis.
A long trip and successful collaboration with colleagues and friends at Università degli Studi G.d’Annunzio Chieti-Pescara․”
