Elisa Rossi: Advancing HHT Research at the 16th International Conference
Elisa Rossi, Professor at Université Paris Cité, shared a post on LinkedIn։
”It was a great honour to present my project at the 16th HHT International Scientific Conference, held in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, from October 12–16, 2026.
It was a valuable opportunity to share new perspectives and explore promising avenues for the treatment of epistaxis in people living with Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT). I was delighted to present my work during Session 16, ‘The Future of Investigator-Initiated Research: AI, Knowledge, and the Next Generation of Scientific Discovery,’ moderated by Marcelo Serra and Peter Hountras.
This study was supported by AMRO-HHT France, Inserm Transfert (Paris, France), IdEx Université Paris Cité, and Novo Nordisk. I would like to express my most sincere gratitude to all these organisations for their invaluable support and commitment to this project.
My heartfelt thanks go to Marianne Clancy, a driving force behind Cure HHT, and to her outstanding scientific and organisational team for their remarkable dedication and hard work. Special thanks to Cassi Friday, Ellie Olitsky, and the entire team for making this conference such an enriching and inspiring experience.
Congratulations to the conference co-chairs, Steven W. Hetts, Adrienne M. Hammill, Philippe Marambaud, and S. Paul Oh, for organising such an innovative and stimulating programme. By bringing together scientific research, clinical practice, and industry, the conference provided a unique platform to share findings, exchange ideas, and engage in meaningful discussions with colleagues and research teams from around the world.
It was a privilege to be part of this vibrant international community, united by a shared commitment to advancing HHT research and improving the lives of people affected by this rare condition.
I look forward to strengthening these collaborations and contributing to continued progress in HHT research and care!”
