Gatoto Carole: Building Partnerships for Better Hemophilia Care at ISTH 2026
Gatoto Carole, Programme Manager at Novo Nordisk Haemophilia and Haemoglobinopathies Foundation, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“A meaningful week at the ISTH 2026 congress in Paris, with valuable exchanges!
Key moments so far included a productive meeting with partners from Senegal, International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH) and the CRH French Reference Center for Hemophilia Lyon, discussing a potential educational partnership to support haemophilia care.
We also had an inspiring knowledge exchange session on cost-effective point-of-care testing (POCT) solutions for haemophilia and von Willebrand disease in African countries.
Thank you, Dr Rucha, for your invaluable insights into how these solutions could support access to diagnosis and care.
ISTH is a valuable space to connect with committed Novo Nordisk Haemophilia and Haemoglobinopathies Foundation partners from around the world, exchange learning, strengthen relationships and reaffirm our collective commitment to improving care for people living with haemophilia and haemoglobinopathies.
We are still here until 14 July and look forward to continuing the exchange, as well as meeting new potential connections!
Booth number 301
Thank you to all partners and colleagues who are taking the time to connect!”
