Jecko Thachil: What Do Clinicians Mean by “Coagulopathy”?

“Coagulopathy is a common clinical terminology.
Coagulopathy of liver disease, Trauma induced coaglopathy, this patient has underlying coagulopathy, ….. and so on. But what do clinicians mean by ‘coagulopathy’?
