Mary Cushman Elected ISTH President for 2028–2030

International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH) shared on LinkedIn:

”Exciting announcement: The International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH) is pleased to announce the election of Mary Cushman as ISTH President for the 2028–2030 term.

A globally recognized leader in thrombosis and hemostasis, Dr. Cushman brings decades of scientific excellence, mentorship and service to this role.

Her current institution is The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at The University of Vermont and she has authored more than 800 peer-reviewed publications, served as the inaugural Editor-in-Chief of RPTH Journal and helped shape the future of research and education across the ISTH community.

‘I look forward to collaboratively advancing the ISTH’s mission globally and ensuring scientific advances reach patients everywhere’ said Cushman.
