Sean O.: The Urgent Need for Blood in the United States
Sean O., Ad Operations Lead at Formedics, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Did you know that the need for blood in America is extremely urgent, with approximately 42,000 units of red blood cells, platelets, and plasma required each day.
Every two seconds, someone in the US needs a blood transfusion, highlighting the critical demand for donations.
Blood is essential for various medical situations including: surgeries, cancer treatments, chronic illness, and traumatic injuries.
Someone out there is on their knees praying at their bedside to God so they can see their loved ones again asking for a miracle.
Why not be that miracle to help save a life.”
