2025 Innovators Award: Ile de France Région Recognizes 3 Researchers Who Have Committed Themselves to The Innovation

”2025 Innovators Award
For the 6th edition of the Innovators Award, the Région Ile de France is pleased to recognize three researchers who have committed themselves to the innovation
- 1st Prize: Brice Bathellier, Director of Research CNRS at the reConnect Institute of the Institut Pasteur. Creation of a brain stimulator and deep encoding networks for auditory restoration. 50 000 €
- 2nd Prize: Thierry Dufour, lecturer in the Laboratoire de Physique des Plasmas, Sorbonne University for the development of an endoscopic cold plasma catheter for the local treatment of digestive cancers. €25,000
- 3rd Prize: Caterina Casari, INSERM research fellow in the Hematosis Laboratory, Inflammation, Thrombosis, of the Bicêtre Hospital Greater Paris University Hospitals – AP-HP for the development of a treatment against Willebrand ‘s disease, a hereditary hemorrhagic disease. €25,000.
This award recognizes the excellence of their research work, their ability to bring out innovative solutions and their commitment to scientific and technological progress.
The Region thus reaffirms its support for research and innovation, essential pillars of development and attractiveness in the Ile-de-France region.”
