“Honored to have participated in the “Artificial Intelligence in Transfusion Medicine: Opportunities and Challenges for an Evolving System” conference, held in Rome, italy.
The event, organized by the Italian National Blood Centre and hosted at the National Health Institute, brought together experts and thought leaders to discuss the transformative role of AI in transfusion medicine.
It was inspiring to explore how artificial intelligence can enhance safety, optimize decision-making, and support innovation in blood services—while reflecting on the ethical, technical, and practical challenges that lie ahead.
Grateful for the opportunity to connect with old and new colleagues and contribute to such important conference.”
