Michael Makris Shares 2024 Annual Global Survey from the WFH
Michael Makris, Emeritus Professor of Haemostasis and Thrombosis at the University of Sheffield, Editor-in-Chief of RPTH Journal, shared on LinkedIn:
”The excellent 2024 Annual Global Survey from the World Federation of Hemophilia has just been published.
This figure below is the one I always find amazing.
Europe and the Americas have 27% of the world’s population yet use 76% of the total FVIII.
You can find the PDF of the report.
What is even better is that also everything is interactive, and you can do your own analysis of data comparing one country or region vs another.”
