‘Understanding challenges and opportunities to implement preconception iron and folic acid supplementation to prevent neural tube defects and iron deficiency anaemia in the Ethiopian health care system: a qualitative study.’
Published in: BMJ Public Health.
This qualitative study explores implementation challenges and opportunities for preconception iron and folic acid supplementation in Ethiopia’s health system.
It highlights key system, service delivery, and contextual factors that influence effective prevention of neural tube defects and iron deficiency anaemia.
We hope the findings contribute to strengthening maternal and preconception nutrition policies and implementation strategies in low-resource settings.
We welcome your engagement and collaboration.”
