Chau Hoang: Improving Safety in Patients Receiving Direct Oral Anticoagulants
Chau Hoang, Specialty Clinic Pharmacist at Boston Medical Center, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article she and her colleagues co-authored, published in Journal of Thrombosis and Thrombolysis, adding:
“Honored to share my first peer-reviewed publication in the Journal of Thrombosis and Thrombolysis!
This achievement would not have been possible without the incredible mentorship, collaboration, and support from my two RPDs Kathy Zaiken and Ewan McNicol, and my two preceptors, Peter Collins and David Deicicchi.
I would also like to recognize Devan Hawkins for his contributions to the statistical analysis and Luis Carpio for his work in data collection.
This research opportunity through my Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and Atrius Health PGY1 Residency significantly expanded my research and publication experience.
