Marloes de Kovel: FVIII Exposure With Severe Haemophilia A on Emicizumab Prophylaxis

Real-world data on emicizumab in infants with severe hemophilia A remain thin beyond HAVEN 7.

Across 80 previously or minimally treated infants in the PedNet Registry, first FVIII exposure was delayed and bleeding control was good, with a mean annualized bleeding rate of 0.6.

Five developed inhibitors, and preliminary analysis suggested no drop in inhibitor development. No thrombosis occurred.”
