Ton Lisman: New JTH Guidance for Authors
Ton Lisman, Professor of Experimental Surgery at UMC Groningen, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article he and Suzanne Cannegieter co-authored, published in JTH, adding:
“Suzanne Cannegieter and I have outlined recent changes we made in the instructions to authors for submission to Journal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis (JTH) in this editorial.
We are thrilled to see our field is thriving as evidenced by a substantial increase in the number of high-quality submissions to Journal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis (JTH).
However, this substantial increase in workload for our team forces us to carefully consider which submissions are of sufficient interest to undergo peer review.
We encourage all working in the field of Thrombosis and Hemostasis to send your best work to Journal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis (JTH) for publication consideration.
We hope our updated instructions to authors are helpful to understand what types of manuscripts we are looking for.”
