“‘Time is tissue’ applies beyond MI and stroke. Dr. Bria et al. show ~2.7× higher odds of PE-related death in intermediate-risk PE when anticoagulation is delayed. It’s time we emphasize Door-to-Anticoagulant in PE care.”
