”I’m delighted to share that I’ve been awarded a two-year American Heart Association Postdoctoral Fellowship (2026–2027)!
Project: Metabolic reprogramming to enhance venous thrombus resolution and mitigate fibrotic vein wall injury.
I’m deeply thankful to my mentor, Dr. Anil Chauhan, for the opportunity to pursue this project and for his guidance along the way; to my lab members for an outstanding scientific environment; and to the leaders in the field who generously provided letters of support.
Thank you to the American Heart Association and the reviewers for valuing this work, which aims to improve long-term outcomes after deep vein thrombosis.”
