Jayesh M D Patel: Platelet-Rich Plasma and Ovarian Reactivation in Postmenopausal Women
Jayesh M D Patel, APSF Social Ambassador, Specialist Anaesthetist at Jayesh Patel Anaesthetic Services Limited, shared Ratanak Roth Oeurn – Kent‘s post on LinkedIn, adding:
“In the news:
Endocrinologists have achieved the complete reversal of menopause in post-menopausal women, restoring fully functional ovarian cycles, natural hormone profiles, and confirmed ovulation in women aged 45 to 62.
In a trial of 290 post-menopausal women, a 97% success rate was recorded in restoring measurable follicular activity within 12 weeks, with 34 participants achieving natural pregnancies within 6 months — the oldest being 59 years old.
The treatment involves injecting platelet-rich plasma (PRP) combined with a proprietary mitochondrial activator directly into ovarian tissue, reawakening dormant primordial follicles that had ceased activity.
This triggers the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis back into full hormonal rhythm — restoring estradiol, progesterone, FSH, and LH to levels comparable to a 28-year-old woman.
Beyond fertility, patients reported elimination of hot flashes, restoration of bone density, and dramatic improvements in cognitive clarity.
Menopause has just been reclassified from an inevitability to a reversible biological state.
Take note TeWhatuOra.
