Training the Next Generation in Hemostasis through IAHAD Masterclass – IAHAD
Indian Association for Haemophilia and Allied Disorders shared a post on LinkedIn:
“The Indian Association for Haemophilia and Allied Disorders (IAHAD) successfully conducted the IAHAD Masterclass 2026 on March 14–15, 2026 at St. John’s Research Institute and St. John’s Medical College Hospital, Bengaluru.
This masterclass was designed for DM and DrNB trainees in Clinical Haematology, focusing on key concepts in bleeding disorders, diagnostic approaches, and evolving management strategies.
The program brought together enthusiastic participants and expert faculty, fostering interactive discussions and learning.
In total, there were a total of 29 students from 16 institutions from all over India.
IAHAD plans to make this an annual event to enhance management of haemostasis disorders in India.”

Nita Radhakrishnan, Additional Professor and Head, Department of Pediatric Hematology-Oncology at Post Graduate Institute of Child Health, Noida, shared this post, adding:
“The IAHAD Masterclass 2026 (March 14–15, Bengaluru) brought together trainees in Clinical Haematology and Pediatric Hematology-Oncology for focused, classroom-style discussions on bleeding disorders.
With 29 participants from 16 institutions across India, the program emphasized practical diagnostics and evolving management in haemostasis, fostering interactive, case-based learning.”
