Kausik Ray: Comparing Lipid Management in France vs. Rest of Europe for High Cardiovascular Risk Patients
Kausik Ray, Professor of Public Health at Imperial College London, Past President of European Atherosclerosis Society, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article he and his colleagues co – authored, adding:
“Here’s the important data from the French cohort of our Santorini study.
The message is the same.
Countries using combination therapy do better than those using statin based monotherapy like the UK and France .
Time to shift the needle to combination therapies from FDC to reduce pill burden especially.”
