Bleeding disorders are not always obvious – they range from mild symptoms to life – threatening conditions.

Know the Major Types:

  • Platelet Disorders

(ITP, Glanzmann Thrombasthenia, Bernard-Soulier Syndrome)

  • Von Willebrand Disease (VWD) 

Most common inherited bleeding disorder

  • Coagulation Factor Deficiencies 

(Hemophilia A/B, Factor deficiencies)

  • Acquired Bleeding Disorders

(Due to drugs, liver disease, malignancy, autoimmunity)

Common Warning Signs:
