”Heat Stroke Awareness Program
Conducted by- SGB by BrandSafway (Middle East, India and Asia) Dahej Gujrat
Heat stroke is a life-threatening medical emergency that occurs when the body’s core temperature rises rapidly (usually above 40°C or 104°F) and the internal cooling system fails.
Unlike heat exhaustion, heat stroke can cause permanent disability.
Hydration: Only offer water if they are fully conscious and can swallow safely.
The 5-Minute Break: Implement a ‘work-rest’ cycle.
For every hour of intense heat exposure, take a dedicated cooling break in a shaded area.”
