”Managing thrombosis cases involves complex decision-making with the need to balance risks and benefits, interpret diverse data sources, and coordinate across specialties (Internal Medicine, Hematology, Cardiology, Neurology, Pathology, Transfusion, Pharmacy, etc). To address these challenges, we introduce the Clot Cases Conference: A collaborative forum for discussing and managing complex thrombosis cases, inspired by the tumor board model in oncology.”
