“Research Summary: Among patients with acute ischemics troke due to large vessel occlusion, adjunctive intra-arterial alteplase after successful thrombectomy improved functional outcomes at 90 days, with excellent recovery seen in 57.5% of patients compared to 42.5% for thrombectomy alone.”
