Julianne Chong: Components of Antithrombotic Stewardship Programs from an International Perspective
Julianne Chong, VTE/Anticoagulation Stewardship and QUM Pharmacist at Sydney Local Health District, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article, she and her colleagues co-authord, published in Thrombosis Research, adding;
“Excited to share the publication of our article, ‘Global Perspectives on the Core Elements of Antithrombotic Stewardship’, which explores the key components of successful antithrombotic stewardship programs from an international perspective.
A sincere thank you to my co-authors, Jonathan Penm, Asad Patanwala, Vivien Chen and KC Kwok, for their expertise, collaboration, and support throughout this project.

This week also marked the successful THANZ Anticoagulation Stewardship webinar, ‘Stuck Between a Clot and a Hard Place: Practical Anticoagulation Stewardship’, which brought together clinicians and scientists from across Australia and New Zealand to discuss practical approaches to improving anticoagulant safety.
