“Having worked the benches in haematology and blood transfusion, I know exactly what it takes to look after those patients behind the numbers, the intense precision, the lates and night shifts, and the absolute dedication to getting it right.
Today, my role looks a little different, but the mission hasn’t changed.
As the Application and Training Lead for Pathology at Magentus, my time on the bench is the foundation of everything I do.
Transitioning into the LIMS space showed me just how crucial the right digital tools are for modern labs.
Designing and delivering training isn’t just about software; it’s about understanding the daily reality of the laboratory floor and making sure our technology actually supports the scientists using it.
