Aishee Pal Sadhu: One of the Simplest Ways to Save a Life Is to Donate Blood
Aishee Pal Sadhu, Medical Advisor and Manager, Medical Team, Delhi NCR, North Zone at ImmunoACT, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“25 donations.
0 regrets.
10 minutes of yours could become someone else’s tomorrow.
Ahead of World Blood Donor Day, we rolled up our sleeves and donated blood together at Fortis Healthcare.
His 19th donation.
My 6th donation.
As healthcare professionals, we witness the need for blood every single day.
What many don’t realize is that blood cannot be manufactured, imported, or substituted.
It can only come from people willing to give.
The most powerful thing?
We may never know whose life this donation touches.
- A child.
- A mother.
- A trauma victim.
- A cancer patient.
And that’s exactly the point.
If you’re eligible, don’t wait for a reason.
Be someone’s reason.”
