Asayil Basalim: A Milestone in Medical Laboratory Science Training
Asayil Basalim, Clinical Laboratory Intern at King Faisal Medical Complex (KFMC), shared a post on LinkedIn:
“With the completion of my Blood Bank rotation, I am proud to have reached the final chapter of my clinical training journey in Medical Laboratory Science.
This rotation provided valuable experience in transfusion medicine, compatibility testing, antibody screening, blood component preparation, and the critical processes that ensure safe and effective patient care.
More importantly, it reinforced the significance of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail in every step of laboratory practice.
As I conclude my final rotation, I am grateful for the knowledge gained, the mentorship received, and the experiences that have shaped me both professionally and personally.”
