Early detection is the key to effective anemia management. Reticulocyte Hemoglobin Equivalent (RET-He) is emerging as a powerful biomarker that assesses the real-time availability of iron for red blood cell production—often identifying iron deficiency before changes in hemoglobin become apparent.
By enabling earlier diagnosis, monitoring response to iron therapy within days, and supporting anemia management in conditions such as chronic kidney disease, inflammation, pregnancy, and pediatric populations, RET-He is advancing a more precise and personalized approach to patient care.
