Does MPN Change the Outlook After Splanchnic Vein Thrombosis? – JTH

Journal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis (JTH) shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article by Amica K Ko et al., adding:

Splanchnic vein thrombosis with and without myeloproliferative neoplasms: a comparative cohort study

The authors suggest MPN-related splanchnic vein thrombosis can be managed much like noncirrhotic, nonmalignant disease, while longer prospective follow-up is still needed.”
