François Saller: TFPI-Targeting VHHs for Haemophilia and Rare Bleeding Disorders

François Saller, Researcher in Hemostasis and Thrombosis at INSERM UMR-S1176, Assistant Professor in Hematology at Faculty of Pharmacy, Paris-Saclay University, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article he and his colleagues co-authored, published in Thrombosis and Haemostasis, adding:

“Having just recovered from The Cure at Nimes Festival, I can now mention that our paper on anti-TFPI VHHs for rebalancing hemostasis in hemophilia and other rare bleeding disorders had finally been published in Thromb Haemost Thrombosis Haemostasis.

This project was initiated and co-led by Peter Lenting.

It really took off when a synthetic library of llama-derived VHHs generated at HITh lab Inserm by Ivan Peyron was used to identify our first functionally relevant VHHs.

Many more to come ?

Thanks to all the other co-authors with a special attention to Claire Auditeau, Elsa Bianchini, and Pradtahna Saenjamsai and Andréa Ruty for their pugnacity.”
