“Excited to share our latest publication in Blood Advances!
We investigated how common genetic variants in THBD and PROCR influence the anticoagulant response of the protein C pathway using both in vivo and ex vivo experimental models.
By combining controlled coagulation activation in human participants with endothelial cell-based functional assays, we were able to dissect the distinct effects of these variants on protein C pathway function.
I am grateful to all my colleagues and co-authors who contributed to this study.”
